docker-guacamole Reincarnation

I reincarnated oznu's docker-guacamole with latest software version as a fork.

I did this because I noticed that the original repository has been archived since early 2021.

The softwares was all outdated. It does run and access to the interface but I couldn't connect to servers, so I wanted to have the latest version.

The process finished faster than I thought. I built both amd64 and armhf images within a day.

The images are now available on docker hub
